My First Rehearsal for Star Trek

Last night was my first rehearsal for Star Trek: Phoenix. Most of the actors have already worked and shot together, so I was coming in brand new. We spent most of the night developing relationships between the characters, and developing our character backgrounds.

I can’t talk about my character right now *disclosure* but I really am starting to like where it’s going. All I can tell you is, my name is Lieutenant Commander Akelyn Solara and I’m the Chief Engineer. Oh yes, and I’m a brand new species.

I was asked to take pictures by someone, so this is the only thing I got on my cell. This was pretty much it! No running or jumping or playing on a ship. It was a read through.
